Excellent choice of 7 seaters, all looked in very good condition. Ashley is a gent - very clear, not pushy, let us take the car for a ride, all the little things that needed sorting were sorted promptly and without any quibbles. Highly efficient service, and having driven the car for a week now I have absolutely no complaints. I would be happy to return here.

Have been looking for a car for a while and settled on a Peugeot 308sw from The Car Outlet. Although they arent local to me (about 65 miles away) I was impressed by the website and how the car was described, as well as the excellent company reviews. Was dealt with by Ash in a polite, friendly and professional manner. My car was even better than described and after some good natured haggling we struck a deal. Full inspection, MOT and ready for delivery the day after next. Very impressed with this company and trust me, all the positive reviews on here truly reflect Ash and the cars he sells. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from him again.

I was given details information of the car, during the process, staff were friendly and helpful.

We called on the spur of the moment late on a Sunday, the manager waited for us to turn up, we then spent some time looking over the vehicle and taking a test drive, all was well, no issues. We struck a deal left a deposit and picked the vehicle up later, it had a service , MOT and a valet Thanks a lot guys

Purchased a vehicle all the way from Liverpool, at first I was nervous of buying a car considering the distance from myself and the garage but because of the selection of cars available I decided to make the 4 and a half hour journey to Dartford and my god was it worth it! The only thing was it took me a while to choose from 3 cars but I got there in the end. I could see the salesman was busy but he was so professional whilst dealing with telephone calls and other customers it still felt I was the only customer there - sign of a good garage! I've had the vehicle for 4 months now and I love it.

The Car Outlet were absolutely amazing! I'm from the Isle of Man and they were able to bring the boat up to the Liverpool docks for me so I could take it on the boat. I had the car RAC tested as I was concerned as I wasn't able to see there vehicle in person or take it for a test drive. The garage was nothing but helpful and were in contact at every stage. When the car arrived it was beautifully clean and they had sorted all the paperwork for me and it was effortless. We took it on the boat and we were very happy when we got home we realised that we couldn't tax the car so They were able to tax the car for me in the uk which I then reimbursed. Which was fantastic. Unfortunately 12 days later the clutch cylinder valve went which wasn't covered by the warranty. They were nothing but triumphant in sorting it out for me and paid the bill. I would highly recommend the car outlet and I was highly impressed with their professionalism and honestly throughout the whole buying process. Thankyou!

Excellent service, they really go the extra mile to make the whole process of buying a car easy and straight-forward. I was very nervous and anxious about buying, it can be very confusing with all the different options and all the details: model, year, mpg, trade in, checks, finance - it can be very intimidating. The staff at The Car Outlet took the time to explain things to me and were really friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted at an excellent price, what more could I ask for? So glad we found a reliable garage. Excellent service received from start to finish.....after a bad experience previously, I was skeptical about buying a new car. Steve made me feel at ease, though, and helped us find the right car for us. There was no pressure and I will definitely be a returning customer!

We purchased a Kia Sedona for our business and we could not be happier with the service from The Car Outlet. The salesmen were not pushy at all, just extremely helpful. We questioned if the cambelt had been changed and they could find no record of it so they offered to include a cambelt change in the service and new MOT prior to purchase. No charge was made for this. They also re-touched the scuffed paint on both front and rear bumpers at no cost to us. After we had paid a holding deposit, the car was immediately taken off their website so there was no chance of a sale to someone else. We found them to be very open, honest and friendly so the whole process was really nice and straightforward. We highly recommend the Car Outlet to anyone looking for an MPV.
